No. Most of our activities do not require any particular level of fitness. Some do require more active participation, but this is always assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our "Fitness Required" scale already gives you an indication of the recommended level of fitness. In any case, please contact us.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will prioritize rescheduling your rental to a later date, subject to mutual availability. No additional fees will be charged for this rescheduling. Exceptionally, fees may be charged if we have already incurred specific expenses related to your booking (for example, prepaid transportation costs).
For certain specific equipment (tandem skis, dual skis, snowkarts, and Cimgos), certified training is mandatory. This training is provided by our recognized partner, ASFSA, according to their pricing. For other equipment, a hands-on session is strongly recommended. For our members, a 30-minute explanation upon equipment pickup is generally sufficient and provided free of charge. For non-members, this half-hour session is charged at an hourly rate.
The equipment must be collected from our premises. However, we can arrange delivery to a location of your choice for an additional fee. A quote will be provided upon request.
We recommend making your reservation at least 14 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the equipment you require. For reservations made less than this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Collection is by appointment only, directly from our premises.
We offer flexible packages tailored to your needs: half-day, full-day, weekend, and, upon request, hourly or long-term rentals. Please contact us for a personalized quote for long-term rentals.
No deposit is required. However, the renter is fully responsible for the equipment from the moment of collection. It is their responsibility to check with their liability insurance provider that they are adequately covered against loss, theft, or damage. Any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.
