The most diverse range of adapted leisure activities in French-speaking Switzerland
We make every effort to meet the needs of our beneficiaries and promote their self-determination. That's why our leisure activities are designed for athletes of varying levels of independence.
Thanks to the expertise developed over more than a decade, we now offer the most diverse range of adapted leisure activities in our field. Our three main areas of focus are: mountain sports (skiing, mountain biking, hiking), sporting events (running, triathlon, Spartan races), and active leisure activities (cycling, wildlife walks). Driven by the ambition of our participants, we take on increasingly diverse challenges and continuously expand our offerings.
FAQ
This is a very common situation. Everyone is different, and our activities are designed to adapt to each person's abilities, comfort, and preferences. The easiest way is to contact us so we can discuss it together.
No. Most of our activities do not require any particular level of fitness. Some do require more active participation, but this is always assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our "Fitness Required" scale already gives you an indication of the recommended level of fitness. In any case, please contact us.
Absolutely not. Many of our activities are specifically designed for people with reduced mobility. The supervision and equipment are adapted accordingly. You can assess the level of independence required to participate in the activity yourself using the specific filter.
The dates of our races and Leisure Days (promotional days with preferential rates) are announced at the beginning of the season. They are published on our website's homepage and can also be received via our newsletter. Of course, you can also contact us directly for this information.
For other outings and equipment rentals, dates are set according to your availability. Our pilots and volunteers have other professional activities, so supervision is primarily provided on weekends.
That's precisely our role. By discussing your needs with you, we identify the most suitable activity and equipment, without obligation. We can also assess whether additional equipment will be necessary (for example, foam padding or neck cushions).
The activities are supervised by trained, experienced volunteers and pilots who are attentive to the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the person being accompanied.
Yes, our activities are safe. You will be supervised by people trained in safety and comfort principles for everyone. However, as with any sporting activity, there is no such thing as zero risk. The risks for each activity are identified, and we are happy to inform you about them and the measures we take to minimize these risks.
After you make contact, we will discuss your expectations, needs, and possibilities. A first experience can then be considered, without any pressure.
